All payments made to Ritmo Data are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for any reason, including but not limited to:
By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and understood this no-refund policy and agree to be bound by it.
You may cancel your Ritmo subscription at any time. Cancellation is straightforward and does not require contacting support.
How to cancel: Log in to your account via the payment provider customer portal using the link provided in your original purchase confirmation email. Click Manage Subscription and select Cancel. Alternatively, email support@ritmo-data.com and we will cancel on your behalf within one business day.
When cancellation takes effect: Your subscription will remain active and fully functional until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual). You will not be charged again after that date.
After cancellation: Once your billing period ends the Software will revert to a locked state. Your local Data Vault, session files, setup sheets, and settings are not deleted — they remain on your machine. If you resubscribe, your data will be exactly as you left it.
Ritmo offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial gives you full access to all features. You will only be charged if you choose to upgrade to Ritmo Pro after the trial ends. If you do not upgrade, the trial simply expires — no charge is made and no action is required on your part.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase for digital goods under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).
However, this right of withdrawal does not apply where digital content has been supplied and you have given your prior express consent to begin delivery before the withdrawal period has expired, and have acknowledged that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
By downloading or activating the Ritmo Software you explicitly request immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. This acknowledgement is captured at the point of purchase through our payment provider, who acts as Merchant of Record and manages statutory compliance for EU and UK transactions on our behalf.

Ritmo Data reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Where pricing increases affect an existing subscription, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by email before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue at the updated rate.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting Ritmo Data to attempt resolution, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your licence pending the outcome of the dispute. We encourage you to contact us at support@ritmo-data.com before raising a dispute — most issues can be resolved quickly.
While our policy is strictly no refunds, we may at our sole discretion offer a one-time goodwill credit or account adjustment in exceptional circumstances, such as a billing error caused by Ritmo Data or our payment processor. Any such exception does not waive this policy for future purchases.
