AI-Powered Motorsport Telemetry

Your data.
Your edge.

Ritmo is a high-performance, AI-driven telemetry analysis tool that bridges the gap between raw sensor data and actionable trackside intelligence — for karting, formula, GT, and sim racing.

What Ritmo does

Everything your trackside team needs

From raw sensor files to race-winning decisions — Ritmo handles the full pipeline so you can focus on driving.

AI Driver Coach

Click any corner on the Sector Analysis table to generate a coaching report. The AI evaluates your braking point, minimum apex speed, and exit speed — with telemetry snapshots at the exact apex moment.

AI Race Engineer

Scans your full session to identify macro handling patterns — consistent oversteer in low-speed corners, understeer in sweepers — and delivers 1–2 practical mechanical adjustments to test next session.

Head-to-Head Battle Mode

Compare two drivers with Dual-Phase GPS Alignment so their lines overlay perfectly regardless of different GPS drift. Automatically generates the “Team Ultimate” lap by splicing the best corners of both drivers.

Setup Sheet

Record full kart (OTK, CRG, Parolin, Kart Republic, Birel ART) or formula car setups per session — chassis geometry, tire pressures, carb jetting, damper clicks. Saved encrypted alongside the telemetry in your Data Vault. iRacing setups auto-populate.

Friction Circle

Visualize your tire management with a G-G diagram. See the difference between a novice’s “plus sign” and a pro’s smooth outer-edge “D” shape, with Max Grip and Handling Balance scores calculated from your sensor data.

Engine Dyno Simulation

Converts your on-track telemetry into an accurate wheel power and torque curve — with SAE J1349 atmospheric correction using live historical weather data. Supports triple-trace comparison of different engine builds or gearing setups.

Multi-Lap Overlay & Data Vault

Overlay any combination of individual laps — Best, Theoretical, and multiple real laps in distinct colors — on a single chart. Every session is automatically encrypted and filed in your local Data Vault. Filter and sort by track, driver, date, or lap time.

Pit Lane Auto-Sniff

Ritmo runs a background Wi-Fi scanner at the track. The moment your AiM gauge appears on the network, it automatically downloads new sessions, identifies the track, slices the laps, and files everything into the vault — before you open the laptop.

PDF Trackside Report

Generate a presentation-ready PDF instantly — full lap traces, track map, sector delta table, and an AI executive summary written fresh from your telemetry. Switches automatically between Race Engineer mode (Solo) and Driver Coach mode (Head-to-Head).

AI Driver Coach

Corner-by-corner technique analysis

Click the magnifying glass on any corner to get a coaching report grounded strictly in the physics of that lap — never a guess.

  • Braking point distance and pressure analysis
  • Minimum apex speed vs. theoretical optimal
  • Freeze-frame telemetry snapshot at the apex
  • Tone settings: Gentle Feedback or Tough Love
  • Full Lap Coach button for whole-track analysis
  • Subjective Driver Feedback cross-referenced with G-force data
AI Race Engineer

Session-wide setup diagnosis

The Race Engineer reads the whole lap payload and delivers concrete mechanical advice — not raw numbers, just what to change and why.

  • Detects macro oversteer / understeer patterns across corners
  • Adapts advice to your specific vehicle (kart chassis vs. GT3)
  • Reads your driver feedback sliders alongside hard telemetry
  • In Head-to-Head: diagnoses the slower driver’s mechanical deficit
  • Deterministic — same data always gives the same diagnosis
  • Delivers 1–2 specific, testable adjustments per session

Supported telemetry formats

FAQ

Common questions

Yes — a full-featured 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Every feature is unlocked from day one: AI coaching, Head-to-Head, Engine Analysis, Setup Sheet, Data Vault, and PDF Export. After 14 days you can upgrade to Ritmo Pro to continue.
AiM (.xrk / .xrz / .hrz), iRacing (.ibt), MoTeC (.ld, also covers rFactor 2 and KartSim), Alfano 6 (.zip bundle), RaceBox (.bin / .rbb / .csv), Starlane (.scs), Unipro (.uni), and GoPro (.mp4 with embedded GPMF GPS — requires FFmpeg, which Ritmo downloads automatically on first use). The data pipeline also auto-corrects misconfigured speed channels and repairs GPS dropouts before they reach your dashboard.
Both systems are deterministic mathematical analyzers — not chatbots. The same telemetry data always produces the same diagnosis. The Driver Coach evaluates individual corners (braking point, apex speed, exit speed, freeze-frame inputs at the apex). The Race Engineer scans the full session for macro handling patterns and delivers 1–2 concrete mechanical adjustments. In Head-to-Head mode both systems switch context to compare Driver A vs Driver B directly.
A background Wi-Fi scanner that continuously looks for AiM MyChron gauges on your local network. When a known gauge appears, Ritmo automatically connects, downloads any new sessions, identifies the track using AI Track Memory, slices the laps with your saved Start/Finish line, and files everything into the encrypted Data Vault — all before you open the downloader window. Enable it once; it persists across restarts.
Yes. After first activation, Ritmo works fully offline at the track. It does need to periodically validate your license while your subscription is active — monthly for the monthly plan, annually for the annual plan. As long as you connect to the internet at least that often, the app works uninterrupted between those checks. The only other features that require internet are: first-time activation, AI coaching and Race Engineer analysis, AI track auto-detection on new circuits, live weather fetching for the Dyno, and the support outbox (messages are queued and sent automatically when you reconnect). messages are queued and sent automatically when you next connect.
Yes. Ritmo detects whether a loaded file came from a simulator (iRacing, Assetto Corsa, rFactor, AMS2) or a real-world logger. In Head-to-Head mode it uses the Kabsch SVD algorithm to automatically translate, rotate, and scale the virtual GPS coordinates to perfectly overlay your real-world racing lines — no manual alignment needed.
Your license is tied to one PC at a time using a hardware fingerprint (Windows MachineGuid). After first online activation, an encrypted local vault lets the app run offline indefinitely. To move to a new PC, deactivate via the License tab (requires internet), then activate normally on the new machine. If your old PC is lost or unavailable, contact support to release the slot manually.
Updates are distributed via Keygen. Ritmo checks for new releases automatically on every launch and prompts you when a newer version is available. Your Data Vault, license, learned tracks, and settings all live in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Ritmo\ and are never touched by the installer.
